Also known as Nuad Naman, this technique focuses on the body’s energy lines, called "sen sip," This massage uses gliding pressure along these lines, mobilization, and targeted pressure points to balance vital energy circulating throughout the body. This aims to clear blockages, helping the flow of energy along the sen lines relieving physical and mental tensions while providing a spacing effect on myofascial chains and periarticular areas leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated!

The primary goal is to address muscle issues and relieve tension. During the massage, a series of strokes are applied to the muscles and joints to rejuvenate tired or stiff areas. I start by focusing on the muscles, then move on to the surrounding tissues. If a joint is painful, I massage the muscle attachments, tendons, and ligaments. My aim is to maximize the body’s range of motion, enhance blood circulation by promoting blood flow toward the heart, improve lymphatic drainage, and support cellular nutrition and waste elimination. I conclude the massage with gentler strokes, allowing you to rest, relax, and fully experience the care provided.
